Before i decided to travell to Costa Rica, i was spending my time in another paradise that almost have the same flag,, This is Thailand, Railey Beach in a province call Krabi, a climbing paradise. There i met Yency Caberera a girl i fell in love to. She was a Tica( costa Rican girl) who came to travell after her trip to nepal for the river festival. We spend a couple of months hangging out in the sun on the rocks.. it was a great experience with lots of beautiful memories.

I decide to go to Costa Rica to met her..an eventually itwas so beautiful like the other paradise.
I stayed a couple weeks in sabanilla at her parents place and later move to an apartment with her brother Miguel Caberera. We lived in barrioEscalante just outside the city skirt. There i was introduce to River raffting on the most famous river called Pacuare.. i just fall in love to it.. the river guides are cool people that love the rivers and thier jobs.. Pacuare is one of the beautiful nature i really love to be. Yency and Miguel are now running thier own raffting company call Exploradores outdoors and are doing so well in San Jose , puerto Viejo and Arenal caterring differents rivers as well.
It took me long air plane flight to reached Costa Rica from Singapore. I felt sensitive with new life there and not speaking any spanish. Costa Rican people are so friendly.
On april 2001 , i finally arrived in Costa rica..
